Sentinel HASP/LDK : How to Fix Uninstall Sentinel HASP/LDK Driver v6.62 or latest on Windows7 64 Bits.

หากลูกค้าเกิดปัญหาในกรณีที่จะ Update Sentinel HASP/LDK Driver เวอร์ชันล่าสุด แต่ไม่สามารถ Update ได้ และเมื่อจะทำการ Uninstall Sentinel HASP/LDK Driver ก็ไม่สามารถทำได้

เรามีแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างง่ายๆ

1.- เข้าไป Download the Driver Removal Utility

ftp://ftp.cis-app.com/pub/hasp/Sentinel_HASP/Runtime_(Drivers)/HASP_SRM_Run-time_Environment_Removal_Tool.zip

2-แตกไฟล์ออกมา จะได้ไฟล์ “aksinstdel_windows.exe”

3- จะต้อง disconnect การเชื่อมต่อ Sentinel HASP/LDK และทำการปิด  Antivirus ไว้ชั่วคราวเพราะบางครั้งการเปิด Antivirus จะมีผลต่อการ installation / removal. อย่่างเช่น  Kaspersky, AVG, McAfee, Windows defender.

บางครั้ง antivirus บางชนิดจะทำการ block เวลาทำการ installation / removal / update.

4-เข้าไปยัง :  All Programs-> Accessories-> และคลิกขวา “Command Prompt” จากนั้นเลือก “Run as administrator”

5- ใน Windows command prompt (CMD) เข้าไปยัง Path ที่จัดเก็บไฟล์ « aksinstdel_windows.exe ».

6- Run « aksinstdel_windows.exe » และทำตามขั้นตอนที่แสดง.

7-จากนั้นทำการ restart Windows 7.

8-จากนั้นเข้าไป Download ตัว Sentinel HASP/LDK Driver Runtime 6.56 (หรือเวอร์ชันล่าสุด):

ftp://ftp.cis-app.com/pub/hasp/Sentinel_HASP/Runtime_(Drivers)/6.56/Sentinel_LDK_Run-time_cmd_line.zip

9- แตกไฟล์ zip, ก็จะมีไฟล์ “haspdinst.exe” แสดงขึ้นมา

10- เข้าไปยัง :  All Programs-> Accessories-> และคลิกขวา “Command Prompt” จากนั้นเลือก “Run as administrator”

11- ใน command prompt (CMD) เข้าไปยัง Path « haspdinst.exe ».

12- ทำการติดตั้งด้วยรูปแบบ haspdinst.exe –i

13- หลังจากนั้นมันจะแสดงข้อความ successfully เป็นการสิ้นสุดการติดตั้ง.
